Riverton Controls is run by Liam, an electrician specialising in building management systems and HVAC controls. After more than ten years working across commercial and industrial sites internationally, Riverton Controls now focuses on BMS & mechanical electrical projects across the Sydney region.
There's no layer of subcontractors between the quote and the panel. The person who scopes the job is the person who installs the wiring, terminates the controller, and hands it over commissioned and documented - so nothing gets lost in translation on site.

BMS installation
Full installation of wiring and cable containment, BMS panels + controllers and electrical equipment, field devices and sensors.
Mechanical Electrical
Mains and sub-mains installations, mech board build and installations. Sensors/controllers, electrical field devices and VSD + motor installations.
Commissioning & testing
Point-to-point commissioning and fault-finding before sign-off.
Upgrades & retrofits
Controls migrations and plant upgrades carried out on live, occupied buildings.
Handover documentation
As-built records, test sheets and O&M documentation delivered at completion.
Site coordination
Direct liaison with builders, contractors and building managers through to close-out.

Chiller upgrade - BMS + Mech Elec
New air cooled chiller and 2 chilled water pumps. BMS panel installed with chiller flow and return temperature monitoring, outside air temperature, CHW DP and bypass valve control + point-to-point commissioning.
BMS upgrade - commercial fitout
Wiring and installation of 7 new floor VAV's, 2 new PAC units, new HLI connection to the VRF central controller, 3 leak detections, BMS panel connection and commissioning.
BMS upgrade - office fitout
Assisted with point-to-point commissioning across 35 VAVs and 12 FCUs, verifying control sequences and airflow set points ahead of practical completion.
